Right now I am in Gettysburg but I am from Philadelphia.
I am a Male
Well before the war I was on the Philadelphia Athletics that is a pro baseball team but now I am just a soldier just like every one else here.
I fell like we should not be fighting if the south would just let the slaves go and let the north make the laws we would not be here.
Well my grandfather is from Ireland so I am catholic.
Well I told you what I do for a living before I was here but it is all so a hobby to baseball is, was my life.
Well I like a lot of thing such as baseball but I only dislike one thing right now and that is the south.
The Scarlet Letter by Nathaniel Hawthorne is my favorite book.

Today is a very good day it is the day that the best book in the world was made on 03/16/1850 the book is call the the scarlet letter by Nathaniel Hawthorne
Today Tuesday 07/09/1850 The President Zachary Taylor dies and Millard Fillmore becomes the 13th President
I think people are lossing there minds because they think they found the devils footprint 02/08/1855
Today a crazy man from Missouri tried to make Kansas vote pro slavery 03/30/1855
Today 01/08/1856 they found that crazy man who tried to make Kansas vote.

The cause of the civil war and were we go from here I really don’t know why I am fighting my follow American I mean this war and the mouths leading up to the war we were not one countries but two separate countries divvied by and imaginary line thought the middle of the land that was the land of the UNITED STATES of America. See the key word is united the founder who created this land expected us to be united as one, one family all man treated equally but the south I guess did not see it that way they thought that blacks were only 1/3 equal to them and treated them as if they were some kind of animals. You know what that is what think the south thinks blacks are animals. See and that is one of the reason we are fighting this war (winning the war ) is to try to get slaves free and treated as 1/1 or one whole not 1/3 of a human but equal as you and me. I got to go be back soon. It is now April 9th 1865 and guess what I don’t hear gun shots or people screaming for there life’s. Word has gotten around that the south has just waived the white fag. I guess that means they gave up. Well if that is true that they gave up then it looks like we the north will get what we want. For starters we got the slaves free something that Abe was trying so hard to do but never seen happen, we can now become the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. We can now be the county that the founding fathers thought that it was setting up to be when they made the declaration of indents.
Slaves and why they are around
Well I think that slavery is really messed up and stupid. But you see I am doing something abut it that is why I am fighting in this war. The reason I hate it so much is because you are treating a human like you and me like an animal not even an animal if you treated an animal like some slave owners treat there slaves they would got to jail. I mean I one time saw a slave owner beat his slave to death and think nothing of it, I all so saw a mom who was a slave have her kid take right from her arms and she know that she would never see them again. I can see why they use slaves instead of paying for people to do the jobs the slaves do. I guess you don’t have to pay them each year I mean you buy them and they are yours so every. But I don’t really think you could pay some one all the money in the world to do some of the jobs that the slaves have to do. Anther reason I think there are slaves is because when you need more they are easy to get and cheap to but I still don’t think it was right. I mean them in the south thought as though blacks were only 1/3 human so they thought it was ok to treat the slaves like they did. But its not at all I mean it would make you really sick if you saw the stuff they do. It is making me mad think about it I can’t talk about this any more I got to go and kick so south so I can get all the slaves free and may be some of them will find there kids.
